I'm liking this. I'm saving some $ and feeling somewhat organized... for once.
Saturday: Cashew Curry Chicken on Jasmine Rice (bumped from last Tuesday) - just finished it and it was mmm, mmm good!
Sunday: Flattened roasted chicken, greek potato wedges, roasted asparagus
Monday: Russo Meatloaf, leftover greek potato wedges
Tuesday: Honey sesame chicken , Paula Deen's fried shrimp (use only half the salt it calls for) with sweet chili coconut dipping sauce and chinese fried rice. (bumped also from last week)
Wednesday: Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad with sliced mushrooms, bacon and croutons, Garlic loaf. We eat this a lot. Everyone at the table loves it.
Thursday: Steak on BBQ, Crab legs with melted butter, Baked potato with sour cream. My aunt knows the kids well... they (along with us) LOVE crab legs. She bought them 2 lbs of king crab legs and they are dying for me to cook them up for them. What a treat!
Friday: Easter celebration at my Aunt Betty's... no cooking other than a mac n' cheese broccoli casserole for potluck!
Baking for the week:
Banana chocolate chip mini muffins (makes 24 muffins, they last about 24 hours!)
Pretzel Buttons (for Easter)
Chocolate cake and homemade fudge sauce
